About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management Specialist to lead our team in analyzing and improving business processes. This key position involves becoming a subject matter expert on process documentation, business process model and notation (BPMN), and other relevant tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and project performance
  • Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensuring alignment of solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
  • Presenting findings, recommendations, and project updates in clear and compelling formats to facilitate decision-making

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in business process documentation

  • Excellent project management and communication skills
