About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Executive Operations & Support team at S&P Global. As a key member of this team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to executive stakeholders across the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and booking travel arrangements, managing critical administrative tasks, optimizing daily workflows, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. By handling scheduling, travel logistics, and other high-level operational functions, you'll enable executives to focus on strategic priorities with precision and discretion.

You will work closely with executives to understand their business needs and contribute meaningful value through your support. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, aligning with your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for global leaders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel data and provide regular reports on travel costs, savings opportunities, and trends.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Manage executive expenses, prepare expense reports, document receipts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred), but not required if comparable work experience is established.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and build relationships across all levels.
  • A background in the Travel Industry, either through work experience or academic studies.
