Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is accurately completed within established timeframes, allocating and requesting additional resources as needed.

You will manage proper storage and handling of freight, maintain accurate listings and counts of physical inventory, and assure compliance with corporate warehouse policies and procedures.

In addition, you will supervise employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including hiring, interviewing, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field, have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field, and preferably be a manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

  • Candidate must possess a strong understanding of warehouse management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software and systems.
