Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for performing accounts payable and receivable for the marketing team, entering invoices in the spreadsheet to MYOB company, categorizing invoices by department and portfolio depending on expenditure, and reconciling data.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook). At least intermediate level in MS Excel is required. The ability to meet deadlines and show high attention to detail is essential.

This role involves working with financial data, so strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are necessary. Additionally, experience with MYOB accounting software would be beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounts administration role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook)
  • At least intermediate level in MS Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and show high attention to detail
