
Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Demand Generation Manager. This position is responsible for developing and executing a global supply-side lead generation strategy, driving scalable expansion of the supply partnership pipeline.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in lead generation systems and process automation, as well as excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Define performance metrics, set targets, and lead the development of a strategic roadmap for sustainable lead generation growth
- Own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy with a focus on mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations
- Design and maintain automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion
- Leverage CRM platforms and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve targeting efficiency
- Vet prospective partners to ensure legitimacy, compliance with global standards, and fraud-free status
- Develop standardized vetting frameworks and continuously improve them in response to regulatory and market changes
- Lead data-driven decision-making by developing performance dashboards and delivering actionable insights
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development
- Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools
- Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage teams effectively
