A multifaceted role is available for a creative professional to manage online courses, content creation, and social media presence.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging online courses using WordPress and Elementor, including e-commerce setup, slide development, and resource uploads.
  • Edit and repurpose video content for courses and social media platforms.
  • Design visually appealing slides, graphics, and downloadable resources that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Manage Instagram presence by developing content strategies, posting, and engaging with followers.
  • Automate workflows for email capture, course sign-ups, and digital downloads.
  • Support event setup and promotion for online workshops via Eventbrite and similar platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research for course material, validate content, and seek creative inspiration.
  • Collaborate closely with clients on creative direction, maintaining consistent branding.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor for course setup and website integration.
  • Experience with Canva and Photoshop for graphic design, slide decks, and content creation.
  • Basic video editing skills for course and social media content.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs for collaboration, tracking, and content organization.
  • Strong research skills to support content citations and sourcing visuals/resources.
  • Experience with event platforms such as Un dandelion, Eventbrite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Otter AI or other AI tools for transcription and course workflow automation.
  • A creative design portfolio with a botanical/organic aesthetic matching the brand look and feel.
  • Social media management skills, focusing on Instagram reels, posts, stories, and content repurposing.
