Job Title: Content Creator Specialist

This role focuses on creating engaging content to share across various channels, including SharePoint sites, social media platforms, and internal communications. The successful candidate will have experience in content creation, multimedia development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites, including content development
  • Assist in creating and recording videos for internal communications and SharePoint sites
  • Develop content for various digital channels, including social media and Comparably
  • Build templates for email and design projects, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Organize and maintain MS Teams Communications channels
  • Partner with the Comms team to create and automate internal email distribution lists
  • Review and edit submissions from other groups for site-related communications or events
  • Coordinate with different teams to utilize tools effectively

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B communications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading
  • Knowledge and practical application of traditional and digital/web tactics and techniques
  • Skilled in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Edge, Teams, and Forms
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
