Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage accounts payable processes from start to finish.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and expense reimbursements accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency within the accounts payable function.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
