Financial Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the outflow of financial resources, including bill processing, payments, and expense reimbursements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Additionally, they will possess high accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the outflow of financial resources, including bill processing, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Review and verify bills and check requests.
- Maintain accurate and complete vendor records.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports.
- Resolve purchase orders, contracts, bills, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an accounts payable clerk.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
As a full-time role, this position requires strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on maintaining healthy cash flows and contributing to the company's overall financial stability and growth.
