About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our flagship programs.
  • Develop rapport with prospects to understand how our offerings align with their goals and aspirations.
  • Monitor your performance metrics and continuously iterate to meet and exceed conversion benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Provide valuable insights to marketing and product teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while retaining product knowledge.
  • Confidence, curiosity, and exceptional listening skills.
  • A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a significant advantage.
