Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to connect game-changing entrepreneurs with solutions that drive business growth. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development, appointment setting, or inside sales, with a proven track record of hitting quotas and show-up rates. They will also have experience with multi-channel outreach, lead management, and CRM software.

In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into booked sales calls, nurturing prospects through strategic follow-up, qualifying leads for sales-ready appointments, and sourcing new lead opportunities through various channels.

You will work directly with a seasoned entrepreneur and an incredible team that's redefining how founders operate with world-class Executive Assistants and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting campaigns to reach potential clients
  • Lead Management: Respond to leads within 2 hours, convert conversations to calls, and maintain detailed prospect records
