Talent Operations Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to candidate inquiries, communicating with professionalism and empathy, coordinating and tracking email campaigns, and monitoring candidate scheduling and rescheduling. You will also provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency.

You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of our services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company that is shaping the future of recruitment.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops - ideally post-college and in a business setting
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive mindset - you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST)
