Remote Sales Development Representative

We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth for top-tier home service companies by qualifying leads and setting sales appointments with homeowners and business owners across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads and book appointments based on specific criteria provided by clients
  • Make outbound calls, send texts, and follow up via email using CRMs and other sales tools
  • Educate prospects about services offered and confidently handle objections
  • Log all activity and update records accurately in CRM systems
  • Work closely with client teams to improve messaging and lead quality
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (remote experience a big plus)
  • Confident and clear phone presence - you're not afraid to pick up the phone and own the call
  • Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and other communication tools
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable
  • Bonus if you've worked with home service or trades-based businesses
