We Are Urgently Hiring: Brand Ambassador (Baby Bright – Cosmetics | Project-Based)

Location: Assigned retail stores within Metro Manila

Employment Type: Project-Based / Contract (with possible extension based on performance)

About the Role

Ipolymer Solutions Corporation, the exclusive distributor of Baby Bright cosmetics in the Philippines, is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-oriented Brand Ambassadors to promote our brand in various retail locations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Baby Bright in engaging with customers, promoting products, and increasing brand visibility through in-store activations and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Baby Bright at retail stores, events, and promotional activations
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and offer personalized skincare and cosmetic recommendations
  • Engage customers to build strong brand connections and drive product awareness
  • Achieve daily sales targets through enthusiastic and persuasive promotion
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance in line with the brand's image
  • Assist in content creation for social media, when needed

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate; Bachelor's Degree in any field is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends
  • Confident, outgoing, and approachable personality
  • Professional grooming and punctuality are required
  • Experience in sales, promotions, or the beauty industry is a strong plus
