Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with financial planning, servicing clients across Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor client investment portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with recommended asset allocation strategies.
  • Prepare recommendations for the adviser on any changes required and maintain records of advice provided.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly/annual client performance reports.
  • Design SMSF investment strategies that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with product providers and investment platforms to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client Work in Progress logs and CRM tools.
  • Reconcile fees and commissions accurately.
  • Provide administration support to clients as needed.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience working in Australian financial planning.
  • Experience in portfolio management and investments is essential.
  • SMSF experience is highly desirable.
Desirable Skills
  • Xplan experience is advantageous.
