Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Power BI and be proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards. They will work closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs and provide valuable insights and recommendations based on the data.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for building automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools, working closely with stakeholders to collect and understand data requirements, and creating interactive and visually appealing reports that effectively communicate insights.

They will also establish relationships between various data sources, implement data cleansing, data validation, and data transformation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy, and identify and resolve performance issues within Power BI reports and dashboards.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, and a creative approach to tasks. They will be fluent in English and possess excellent report writing and presenting skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language.
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures.
