Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to play a pivotal role in our data analysis and reporting team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Extract and manipulate raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement data visualizations to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries.
  • Align reporting outputs with SLAs, client expectations, and contractual obligations.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
