Visual Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Analytics Specialist to deliver exceptional service and quality solutions. This candidate must be strong in creating powerful and visually aesthetic data visualizations, providing excellent service and quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights, as well as exceptional English skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and support interactive data visualizations using various data sources and tools such as Tableau.
  2. Recommend visualization designs based on the requirements of the business stakeholders.
  3. Deliver reports and insights to the business team in a timely manner.
  4. Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  5. Support the resolution of issues related to data visualizations escalated by the business stakeholders.
Preferred (but not required) qualifications:
  1. Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
  2. Experience in end-to-end BI project implementation, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  3. Background in software or web application development using tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  4. Knowledge of formal database architecture and design.
  5. Financial services experience is a significant plus.
Requirements for Remote Work:
  1. Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps.
  2. A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  3. Noise-canceling headset.
  4. Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  5. Dual monitor setup.
