People Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Data Analyst to join our team. As a People Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our People Success team by preparing and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Preparation & Analysis: Prepare and refresh recurring people metrics on monthly/quarterly cadences, ensuring figures reconcile and are delivered on time.
  2. Quality Control: Validate and clean datasets from HR systems, run data quality checks, flag anomalies, and document fixes.
  3. Dashboard Upkeep: Update and QA existing dashboards, ensure filters and definitions work as intended, and make layout/content tweaks as directed.
  4. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Pull extracts and run basic analyses (pivots, lookups, simple SQL queries) to support data analysis and investigations.
  5. Documentation: Maintain data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable.
  6. Privacy & Security: Handle sensitive employee data responsibly, follow access controls, and support compliance with data-privacy requirements.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and propose improvements that enhance our produced insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role (internships and project experience welcome).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas) a must.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR data, especially from HRIS/ATS/payroll platforms would be beneficial.
  • An analytical and data driven mindset: you will be viewing large data sets and looking for trends at a deep level.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through; comfortable managing tasks independently and escalating blockers early.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
