Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top software engineering talent for our clients.

You will work closely with our recruitment team to develop targeted sourcing strategies across various platforms and leverage your expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to find the best candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Recruiters: Work closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche platforms.
  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates to build relationships and increase chances of successful hires.
  • Staying Ahead: Stay on top of engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to continuously refine sourcing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong skills in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.
