Job Profile:

We are seeking an accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records across international entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare timely and compliant financial statements using GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Manage complex AP, AR, and general ledger functions
  • Process inter-company transactions and eliminations
  • Prepare detailed variance analyses and performance reports for executives
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Navigate accounting standards for regulated sectors
  • Manage reporting for regulatory agencies
  • Coordinate with compliance teams for audits and filings
  • Maintain cost accounting aligned with industry standards
Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate with department heads across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and operations teams
  • Maintain compliance with local statutory reporting in multiple countries
  • Manage currency translation and hedging for multinational operations
Systems Improvement:
  • Serve as QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond system administrator and power user
  • Support ERP integration, internal control improvements, and process documentation
Strategic Support:
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for complex product cycles
  • Provide financial input for capital expenditures, equipment acquisition, and IP valuation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA license or international equivalent
  • 5-8 years of accounting experience in regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting standards

Technical Proficiencies: QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, ERP systems, Financial reporting software, Knowledge of tax prep, audit, and database tools
