Chief Financial Specialist


Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Additionally, they will perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, conduct account reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. They will work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with experience in a large accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
