Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Process Specialist to join our team in Pasig City. As a Virtual Process Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and requests
  • Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
Requirements
  • At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
