Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corp. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing general bookkeeping procedures, creating journal entries, and preparing balance sheets and income statements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform general bookkeeping procedures using QuickBooks, including creating journal entries and reconciling bank statements
* Prepare balance sheets and income statements for clients
* File quarterly sales and use tax returns and process monthly sales tax payments
* Process payroll for clients and file payroll reports with federal and state jurisdictions
* Develop relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

* Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
* Three to five years of accounting firm or related experience
* Understanding of accrual and cash basis of accounting
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Proficient in QuickBooks
* Strong English written and verbal communication skills
* Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality work and excellent customer service
