About the Job

The IT Desktop Engineer will work closely with internal and external partners to provide updates, solutions, and ensure compliance relating to all IT components. They will have experience in Windows OS, MAC OSX, IOS, Android, LAN/WAN, desktop, laptop, software installation, and peripheral troubleshooting support.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with internal clients, IT Management, and other team members. They will provide generalized IT support as required and manage the installation, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware and equipment for optimal workstation performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing hardware troubleshooting, including repairs, upgrades, and configuration of desktops and laptops
  • Engaging with internal and external partners to provide updates, solutions, and ensure compliance relating to all IT components
  • Monitoring, reporting, and documenting system and performance issues
  • Adhering to company policies, core values, and procedures
