• Provide Core Planning and Post-Sales technical support for the project.

• Provide remote and on-site engineering technical and trouble-shooting support for the project.

• Diagnose difficult problems that normal engineers cannot deal with and make immediate report to the customer and project team.

• Perform analysis of network/system needs and evaluates network/system hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations. Conducts network planning, network architecture design and engineering.

• Integrate and schematically depict communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission, and signaling links and protocols into complete network configurations.

• Assist in the design, testing and evaluation of new products/solution, procedures and implementations in the area of network/system hardware and software.

Position Requirements

1. Education background: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or any related course.
2. Proficient in both written and oral English.
3. Good communication skills to engage with customers at all levels, including at technical level and be able to provide professional sharing and technical guidance, and value presentation.
4. Professional knowledge: Basic knowledge of Cloud OS, IT server, storage, Data communication network, IP protocol, etc.
5. Microsoft Office Skills/Computer Skills, basic Network Troubleshooting, Customer Relation/Presentation Skills.
