Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the key liaison between customers, businesses, and internal teams in the warranty claims process. This will involve collecting necessary information, forwarding details to the assigned team, and relaying feedback or updates to relevant parties. You will also handle and manage escalations and urgent concerns, making decisive and assertive judgments when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, businesses, and internal teams in the warranty claims process.
  • Collect and relay information to ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations and urgent concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in BPO Technical Support; warranty claims preferred.
  • Skills: Strong decision-making, escalation handling, and process improvement.
  • Background: Technical/mechanical knowledge is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
