Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to bridge communication between customers, businesses, and internal teams in the warranty claims process. This role will not directly process claims but will collect and relay information, manage escalations, and ensure seamless coordination between all stakeholders.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the key liaison between customers, businesses, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication in the warranty claims process.
- Collect necessary information, forward details to the assigned team, and relay feedback or updates to relevant parties.
- Handle and manage escalations and urgent concerns, making decisive and assertive judgments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies while facilitating effective communication throughout the claims process.
- Track defect trends and coordinate follow-ups on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and warranty-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager, Warranty Manager, and other key stakeholders to improve processes and resolve service-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 3+ years in BPO Technical Support; warranty claims preferred.
- Skills: Strong decision-making, escalation handling, and process improvement.
- Background: Technical/mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Advantage: Experience with US companies or automotive claims.
- Communication: Strong coordination with stakeholders.
- Work Style: Independent, organized, and deadline-driven in a fast-paced setting.
