Job Title:

Sourcing Specialist

The role is responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships to support business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiencies.

  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  3. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.

  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions.

  5. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.

  6. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/qualification in a relevant field.

  • At least 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of procurement practices, procedures, and commercial law.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
