Customer Support Role

As a Senior Customer Advocate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for interacting with customers across multiple channels to provide accurate and valid information.

  • You will handle customer consultation calls, technical troubleshooting, escalations, and complex investigations.
  • Troubleshoot product or service-related issues by investigating root causes and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in initiatives that help scale support operations and optimize workflows.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of member or customer support experience.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
