Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development of powerful brand stories across various digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on market research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and predicting future developments. You will also develop and manage marketing campaigns across online platforms, ensuring clients' products and services meet customers' expectations and build credibility for their brands.

  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports with actionable insights.
  • Supervise content production and campaign executions to maintain consistency in branding and meet clients' targets.
  • Collaborate with clients and work with our teams across multiple departments.
  • Manage productions and lead brand assistants.
  • Proofread all content to be released per client.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand management in an agency setting.
  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries.
  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple brands and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency.
