Transforming Medicine through Visual Storytelling

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and help us accelerate the discovery of breakthrough therapeutics. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories that reflect our mission of transforming plant-based molecules into life-changing medicines.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft brand-aligned visual storytelling by designing marketing materials, social media assets, and web graphics that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals that communicate our brand narrative and support campaign goals.
  • Elevate design fundamentals by applying expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels.
  • Contribute to visual concept development by ideating and executing creative concepts that communicate our brand story and engage stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality results while prioritizing projects, juggling competing timelines, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio.
  • A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail across multiple formats and media.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal skills, comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and iterating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organized and deadline-driven project management skills to handle multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality or creativity.
