Content Strategy Role

We are seeking a skilled storyteller who can turn insights into engaging content that drives business outcomes, thought leadership, and brand authority.

This is not a "write a few blog posts and call it a day" gig. You will own the full content engine, shaping editorial strategy, producing and repurposing assets with our Creative Marketing Manager, and distributing across multiple channels.

You will be on the frontlines as community manager for the brand on corporate channels, founder-led channels, and active in digital channels.

The right Content Strategist will feel as much a mouthpiece of the brand as leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the editorial calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats (articles, reports, case studies, thought leadership, social, video scripts, etc.)
  • Driving strategy: Align content with business goals—pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
  • Repurposing like a pro: Turn one big idea (or longer form blog post) into a dozen pieces of content across channels, all with specific purposes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Measuring and optimizing: Track performance (traffic, engagement, leads, pipeline influence) and continuously refine what works.
  • Maintaining industry expertise: Keep a pulse on CX, EX, and B2B industry trends to fuel timely, relevant commentary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in copywriting, content strategy, or social media)
  • 4-6 years of experience—primarily in B2B content marketing
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
  • Killer writing and editing skills—able to switch between sharp thought leadership, friendly social copy, and client case studies
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics
  • Data-driven mindset: love experimenting, measuring, and optimizing
  • Comfortability interviewing executives, clients, and SMEs to distill complex ideas into engaging stories
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, strong understanding of SEO + LinkedIn distribution, and basic understanding of marketing automation in HubSpot and SEMrush
