About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Graphic Designer with exceptional visual storytelling skills to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a pivotal role in developing compelling marketing materials that reflect our mission and values.

Your expertise will be instrumental in accelerating our mission by transforming complex concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually appealing materials across various channels.

  • Craft captivating marketing materials, including social media assets and web graphics, that align with our brand narrative and campaign goals.
  • Translate technical concepts into innovative visual solutions that captivate our target audience.
  • Prioritize projects, manage competing timelines, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling marketing materials, including social media assets and web graphics, that reflect our mission and values.
  • Collaborate closely with communications, scientific, and product teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Apply expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels.
  • Ideate and execute creative concepts that communicate our brand narrative, support campaign goals, and engage stakeholders.
  • Prioritize projects, juggle competing timelines, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio.
  • A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail across multiple formats and media.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal skills, comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and iterating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality or creativity.
