Technical Operations Engineer Role Overview

This key role involves leveraging technical expertise to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of production systems. As a seasoned Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Lead blockchain network deployment, optimization, and operational management
  • Resolve complex Web3 issues through troubleshooting and coordination with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions using advanced dashboards (e.g., Grafana, DataDog)
  • Define, implement, and enforce service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs)
  • Implement automation solutions (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes) to streamline deployments and optimize cloud infrastructure cost and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Tier-1 support, infrastructure, and development teams
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to address critical system incidents
Key Skills and Experience
  • Deep technical expertise in Web3/blockchain technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, DataDog)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
