Reliable Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Infrastructure Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our critical systems.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring site reliability, monitoring system performance, handling alerts and supporting emergency responses. They will work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams and product teams to maintain robust infrastructure and automation for critical applications.
This individual acts as a bridge between development and operations, applying a software engineering mindset to service management. We seek a motivated, curious professional eager to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage pipeline build and maintenance per client tooling and standards.
- Engage in the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet availability, performance, security and maintainability standards.
- Monitor system metrics and health, analyze reports.
- Support production and in-house systems; participate in on-call support.
- Lead incident management, conduct root cause analysis and perform post-incident reviews.
- Implement system security and resiliency measures.
- Improve processes within the program.
- Monitor ISO 8583 financial transaction messages in a 4-party payment model.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Mandatory card payment domain knowledge.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, PCF).
- Knowledge of NoSQL & SQL databases (MongoDB, Oracle, Postgres).
- Experience managing distributed systems and microservices.
- Familiar with Unix tooling, scripting skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go or similar.
- Understanding of SLOs and SLAs.
- Experience in SRE/DevOps teams, understanding principles.
- Strong initiative, communication and collaboration skills.
