Job Summary

We're looking for a Monitoring & Incident Engineer to safeguard system uptime. Build world-class observability, lead incident response, and drive reliability across our platform.

This role involves designing dashboards, building alerting pipelines, and using automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus.
