Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients through outbound prospecting activities on LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will have experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling, as well as proficiency in CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL). Strong written communication skills in English are essential, as is the ability to work independently and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Manage and optimize sales funnels and landing pages using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
  • Send targeted messages to prospects and nurture leads through digital channels.
  • Warm up potential leads and guide them through the sales process until they're ready for direct engagement.
  • Track and report on outreach activities and lead progression.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Help establish and optimize digital sales processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in creating and managing digital sales funnels.
  • Understanding of lead nurturing and qualification processes.
  • Basic knowledge of or interest in the sustainable construction industry.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
