Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will apply business and technology knowledge to develop integrated solutions for resolving technical and business issues. They will serve as a liaison between customers, IT departments, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining system and functional requirements, creating test cases, and assessing technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and develop solutions to resolve technical or business issues, interacting with customers to understand needs and design processes.
2. Conduct requirements elicitation through facilitated sessions, assessing current capabilities and defining high-level requirements.
3. Establish scope, develop functional requirements, and communicate implications of new technologies.
4. Document requirements precisely for use in testing and development, ensuring clarity and traceability.
5. Translate requirements to technical teams, validate and verify requirements, and maintain traceability matrices.
6. Create and execute test cases for system integration and user acceptance testing.
7. Develop documentation such as user manuals, training materials, and process flows.
8. Train end-users and support teams on solutions.
9. Participate in quality reviews and escalate issues related to requirements changes.
10. Support UAT and production support activities, providing SME support and knowledge transfer.
11. Continuously seek process improvements and technical innovations.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and system implementation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or credit industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Agile and Scrum certifications.
