Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Social Media Support Specialist
About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our growing Customer Support Team. As a Customer Service Representative - Social Media Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues via social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Troubleshoot complex customer problems, including shipping delays, product defects, and payment issues
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service and social media community management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media management software (e.g. Emplifi, Agorapulse, Hootsuite)
