Customer Service Representative

  • Work as a technical support specialist, providing assistance to clients via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, with a minimum C1 level for spoken and written language.
  • Prior experience in tech support or a related field is necessary.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience working with ISPs.
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk.
  • Background in computer science or IT.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
