Human Resources Strategic Advisor Role

This position falls under the Human Resources Business Advisor organization, a Center of Excellence/Shared Service. The role is crucial in driving business outcomes by leveraging human capital effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementation Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement people agenda initiatives and provide day-to-day guidance on human resources matters.
  • Organizational Change Management: Advise leadership on structuring and re-organizing changes to ensure smooth transition and institutionalize new practices into business-as-usual processes.
  • Compensation and Performance Management: Support year-end compensation processes by ensuring accurate baselines and synchronization with finance and/or business management.
  • Talent Development: Partner with leaders to handle succession planning needs and requirements, facilitate feedback processes, and support individualized development and coaching for managers and emerging leaders.
  • Project Management: Provide project management support for HR-related initiatives within lines of business.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 9 years of overall Human Resource experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficiency in full-range people practices, including goal setting, performance assessment, compensation practices, talent review, workforce planning, reductions in force, and manager development.
  • Strong project management skills, including execution and end-to-end process improvement.
