Job Overview

This role involves coordinating customer orders with overseas agents, processing import bookings, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with overseas agents
  • Process import bookings and manage shipment tracking
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service providers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage job invoicing and process creditor invoices
  • Arrange transportation and cartage as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end order processing
  • Proficiency in Cargowise, ICS, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
