Key Job Role:

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our team. This involves tasks related to purchasing, production, and operations management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking orders, ensuring that orders are aligned with delivery schedules while providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor orders and documentation of order confirmations and vendor communications.
  • Ensure purchase orders are accurate and issued to suppliers with correct client artwork files.
  • Contact suppliers and vendors for order status, proof, and tracking information.
  • Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases.
  • Add products to digital catalogs, ensuring accurate pricing, product details, and high-quality images.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, with basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
