Freight Operations Coordinator Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our customer shipments from PO raised to delivery, working collaboratively with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and smooth operations at origin and destination, collaborating with colleagues to solve customer issues quickly.

Key responsibilities include executing the end-to-end movement of customer product through our network, understanding and following customer requirements, and responding to escalations.

This is a critical role in helping us scale at pace, requiring excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to react quickly whilst maintaining focus and attention to detail
  • Embracing change management - short/medium and long term
