Virtual Assistant for a Top-Producing Realtor Job

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a successful realtor based in Maryland. If you have experience working with realtors, possess strong social media and CRM skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is an ideal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage brand consistency and engagement across multiple social media platforms
  • Run basic reports and assist with paid advertising on Facebook and Google Ads
  • Develop and implement monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and website updates using GSuite and Excel
  • Organize and manage a large database of leads
  • Tag, update, and clean contact data
  • Verify lead information through skiptracing services
  • Nurture leads via SMS, email, and follow-up communications
  • Prepare daily end-of-day reports
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with buyer and seller presentations
  • Maintain systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and basic financial tracking
  • Utilize tools like Asana and Microsoft 365
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting a realtor, preferably with Keller Williams Realty
  • Strong skills in social media marketing and customer relationship management
  • Technical expertise, attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Comfortable working East Coast Standard Time hours
