Job Overview

We seek a dedicated title professional with exceptional communication skills to serve as the primary client contact. This role requires in-depth knowledge of title documentation, task management, and real estate expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and stakeholders regarding title inquiries.
  • Review, interpret, and explain title commitments, reports, and documents in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with title officers, escrow officers, and attorneys to resolve title issues and ensure timely closings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, title updates, and transaction progress.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on file status, proactively addressing questions or concerns.
  • Assist in preparing closing documents and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the customer service team in managing calls, emails, and communications efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or title insurance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Core Competencies: Customer-first mindset with a professional and empathetic approach; problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; adaptability to changing priorities and real estate market demands.
