The Service Delivery Coordinator is a vital position that serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional front desk support with a warm and professional demeanor via telephone.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Route calls to the appropriate department or team member
- Provide general information about services, processes, and company policies when applicable
- Maintain accurate call logs and messages
- Prior experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles (at least three years)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional phone manner
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
