IT Service Delivery Lead (Plan to Fulfill, Human Capital Management)

We are looking for an
IT Service Delivery professional
to join our team and provide frontline support for business systems and end-user needs. This role is key in ensuring smooth IT operations by resolving incidents, handling minor enhancements, documenting requests, and coordinating resolution efforts.

As part of the IT Service Delivery team, you will collaborate with business owners to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and configure IT systems (such as SAP or similar ERPs) in line with business processes. You'll work closely with end users, vendors, and internal IT teams to maintain reliable and efficient systems that support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for IT systems, addressing incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Configure ERP and related systems to align with business process needs.
  • Document change requests, manage user access, and support IT service operations using ITIL practices.
  • Partner with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    in IT service delivery, application support, or business systems support (experience with
    SAP or similar ERP
    platforms is an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of business processes in one or more areas:
    Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance (FICO), Project Systems/Funds Management, Human Capital Management
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ERP configuration, ticketing systems, ITIL-based service operations, and user access management
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Willing to be based in
    Ortigas or Novaliches
    .
