Job Overview

We seek an accomplished marketing leader to spearhead growth and awareness for Dashboard Insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Team Leadership – Mentor a high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and exceptional results.
  • Brand Differentiation – Own messaging and thought leadership to establish Dashboard Insights as a leader in the SaaS market.
  • Demand Generation – Scale inbound and outbound acquisition through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Pipeline Alignment – Collaborate with business development to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Customer Advocacy – Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success stories.
  • Data-Driven Approach – Define key performance indicators, track ROI, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Agility – Lead ad hoc marketing initiatives to support evolving business priorities.
Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • A proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills, comfortable driving vision while executing campaigns.
  • An exceptional communicator and storyteller able to simplify complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • A data-driven approach with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
